NAVY SEAL VETERAN RICH GRAHAM
Richard Graham is a Navy SEAL veteran turned entrepreneur. Following his time in the military Rich has started multiple training companies to include fitness, firearms, personal development, and K9 training. In his spare time, Rich has supported many veteran charities preforming a variety of extreme challenges to raise money for various causes. Rich completed a cross-country bicycle ride, 14-mile swim relay, 250-mile cycling event (in under 36 hours), and many more! Now Rich has his sights set on providing our Special Forces Operators and Disabled Veterans service dogs through his non-profit, Home Front K9 Project.
Since 2007 Rich has been charging forward to make an impact in the veteran community, trying to help the families of his fallen brothers, and suicide prevention. Rich found that many of these causes (although very noble and necessary) are intervening after our service members have reached their breaking point. Rich wanted to take the skills and abilities to make a proactive impact in the service members and families before small issues turned into detrimental ones. This is where the vision for Home Front K9 Project was born.
Rich once said, “A warrior can't help but fight. They are drawn to the service, for country, family, and faith.” Similarly, he sees these traits in the K9's as well. Unrelenting love and dedication to their person or people. As the operator and K9 alike, they are "Born to Serve" from what ever capacity they can.
Serving
At Home Front K9, we are serving those who serve us through the proactive placement of a highly trained K9 companion. Over time, the military mission can take a toll on the warrior. We are ready to make a difference which will last a lifetime.
Protecting
While on deployment, the military member can give true focus to his mission knowing that, while he is actively protecting his country, a Home Front K9 is vigilantly protecting his family. We are passionate about giving meaning to mission.
Engaging
After countless days away in foreign lands, the warrior returns home with battle scars that are often unseen. We believe engaging the warrior, the family and the K9, will rebuild the communication gap easily developed during separation and begin the healing.
